Portland, OR - adidas Originals Skateboarding launched online today at www.adidas.com/skateboarding. A preview of things to come, the launch of the website reinforces adidas’ commitment to growing its skate business. In July, the Originals Skateboarding collection will roll out at retail with footwear and apparel sold at select, core shops. The launch will be supported with a print campaign created by Evan Hecox and Dave Kinsey featuring their limited edition footwear designs and the full adidas “six pack” product offering.

The website will feature many components of the adidas Originals Skateboarding program, including Mark Gonzalez, the “Gonzfather” of the team currently in development. Look for the addition of more pro skaters in the months ahead. The site features team images, video and a regularly updated news section.
