We saw a pair of Polka Dot Phat Lows not too long ago, but they were in a white and black colorway, and quite a new concept for the Air Jordan line. Now that people have warmed up to the idea a little more, we get a few pictures of these Phat Lows in a Polka Dot design, but this time in white with carolina blue polka dots.
