Witness a new and spectacular collaboration that took place on the Converse Chuck Taylor All Star and One Star models. For the Spring 2010, Converse partnered with Takahiro for the implementation of an authentic design inspired by the brand Number (N)ine. The pack is composed of a Chuck Taylor All Star in oxford version which features premium deer skin, Yellow shag suede upper, asymmetrical lace panel, and metallic Gold star on the heel. While on the other hand, the One Star model comes in premium White deer skin and metallic Silver star logo. Both shoes sit on White vulcanized rubber soles with Black pinstrip. [HighSnobiety]

Converse is set to release another assortment for the Spring 2010 with its Cons lineup. In connection with this, an Anthony Pappalardo Pack brings two colorways. The Blue and Black suede color ups both receive White accent and a Pappalardo label on lateral. The remaining Cons pay tribute to classic Chuck Taylor as the shoes comprising the collection come in Red and Grey Lows, Black and White Mids, and perforated Black High. For once, Converse changed the image of its legendary icon, Chuck Taylor, from canvas upper to heavy heather Grey cotton. The original Chuck design was never gone but an additional facelift comes across the midsole and upper with the Red strip. An edger-machine-finished tongue looks like the inside of your sweatshirt. By incorporating high rubber rand, premium comfort system, and vintage rubber license plate, this enhanced shoe promises a modern look.
