Nike is no stranger to the skate shoe game, with their wide variety of dunks in all sorts of colorways and elaborate designs. These skate shoes however seek to tone things down a bit and opt for a simplistic look. They feature a suede upper and patterned laces. One thing that no one can say about Nike is that they aren’t innovative. These dunks are a collaboration with Neil Gaiman, the author of Coraline. The upper features a hand sewn black visible seam, and cat and mouse lacelocks with matching tails. Henry Selick designed the oversized buttons which appear on only 100 pairs, and actual movie props can be found in 50 boxes. Nike SB unleashes its February piece called the Optical Blazer Premium SB in a Black upper with White Swoosh and mid-sole.
