The Nike SB Team Rider Series continues with Danny Supa’s Zoom Team Edition. Being a Thai American, Danny put his heart into designing the shoes to best represent his ethnic background. The tiger print signifies Thailand as the “Tiger” of South East Asia by becoming an economic powerhouse in the language of globalism. We had to call up our friends in Thailand for this - the three Thai consonants embroidered on the heels and printed on the insoles is read as - ไน “nai” กี้ “gee”, which is how Nike is pronounced in the Thai language.
