Reebok Kayomi Project

Reebok Kayomi Project

Reebok has just launched (in January to be exact) a limited run of sneakers based on Japanese culture. The concept is to create an annual calender of shoes by referencing Japanese and global celebrations as the inspiration for the colour and materials of each monthly shoe launch.

The Koyomi (which means calendar in Japanese) will be based on two heritage Reebok classic shoes – The ERS and The Ventilator. Each shoe will come in a special box and a calendar that showcases the images and the story of each month. The colour description on each box is also the name of the month in Japanese.
