Air Jordan is releasing two new Air Jordan 1 Highs as part of a Cinco De Mayo Pack, honoring the Mexican holiday. The pack includes 2 shoes, one with a predominantly white upper and the other predominantly black. One of the nice inclusions is the multicolored stitching around the swoosh. We saw a pair of Polka Dot Phat Lows not too long ago, but they were in a white and black colorway, and quite a new concept for the Air Jordan line. Now that people have warmed up to the idea a little more, we get a few pictures of these Phat Lows in a Polka Dot design, but this time in white with carolina blue polka dots. These Air Jordan 1 Retros were originally supposed to release in a black/infrared colorway. However, the final version was released in Taiwan recently, and it is no longer black and infrared, but black and max orange. The upper also changed from patent leather to nylon. [KixFiles]
Air Jordan sure has been doing some new things to their classic Air Jordan 1 lately. It’s a mixed bag of opinions as well. This one features a black base, that has been liberally plastered in polka dots. Everywhere except the sidepanels feature the polka dot pattern. The midsole is white and the outsole is black.
