Nike will be releasing a new Dunk Low for the fanous skater Rodrigo Petersen and are inspired by pieces of a walkman. Rodrigo Petersen’s pair features colors from the New Castle Beer SB Dunk Low’s and is inspired by the walkman itself. Take a look at an upcoming Dunk being dropped October 2008 for Nike SB. The dunk is called the “Melbourne” or “Gold Rail” SB Dunk and is featured in SneakerFreaker Magazine #13. They feature canvas, suede and mesh, accents of metallic Vegas Gold, varsity royal blue inspired by Port Phillip Bay and a brown midsole inspired by the Yarra River. [NSB] More »

Nike iD has refreshed their Dunk High’s and Low’s for the Fall 2008 collection. The Nike Dunk Studio iD’s feature premium leathers with up to twelve colors such as distressed metallic gold, silver and bronze. The toebox, side-panels, tongue, upper heel and lining will be available in a mesh black, white or grey. The second pair feature a floral jaquard in white or black, and the third are based a hero from the Olympics, Jamaican runner Asafa Powell a former world record holder as the fastest man on Earth.
