The Zoom Vick 5 was set to release August 23rd, but due to dogfighting charges, Nike terminated Michael Vick’s contract. It was said that they were shipped to Nike outlets which turned out to be false. Instead they were sent to Boys and Girls clubs and others were shredded. The ones that were shredded are made for the Grind Project which makes basketball courts and playgrounds. But one pair was reserved.
